2. What we offer

Our calculators, generators and guides are free and provided for general information. Results are estimates, not financial, tax or legal advice. The Freelance Template Pack is a digital product: editable Word documents delivered by download.

3. Price and payment

The Template Pack is a one-time purchase. The price is shown on the purchase page, in US dollars. Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record and may add VAT or sales tax depending on your country; we never see or store your card details.

4. Delivery

After payment you receive a receipt from Gumroad with a link to download all files, and you can also download them right on the confirmation page. Please save them. If a file does not open or the email does not arrive, contact us and we will send the files manually.

5. Licence

You may use the templates for your own business and for your clients' projects. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, or publish them as your own template product.

6. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email klachev.vitali@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Gumroad and can take several business days to appear.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The templates are general documents, not legal advice. Laws differ between countries, so have a lawyer review any contract before relying on it for a large or risky project. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law as a consumer.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
